Managing Your Network to Retain Only The Best

Once you get into MLM or Network Marketing business, you will need to grow your business by increasing your network strength, this can be done through increasing the headcount or quality of each downline.

It is optimal to have both types of downlines in your network. This will enable you to have a strong and stable network. Allowing you to receive a sustainable level of income.

After receiving new blood to your network, you need to equip them with skills and knowledge for the business. The course and training should include product knowledge and sales training.

Additionally, if your goal is to retain network members, you should equip them with all necessary and relevant training and knowledge. By empowering them through knowledge, you get to increase their competency in doing sales.

Since all new members need to undergo through some training before the business, you can consider creating a training process and program whereby all new member can undergo. This ensures uniformity and creates a standard in members.

You should, as an upline or leader maintain contactable when your downlines need help in the business. You can enable contact through phone or by email.
