Article Marketing – Why You Should Only Submit Unique Content

Article writing and article submission has been an increasingly popular way of marketing people’s websites. It can be an extremely effective way to create backlinks to your sites, but only if it is done the right way!

It is a low cost – but sometimes a time consuming work to write articles to submit to maybe hundreds of article directories and Ezine lists. To ease your work, you might make use of some of the free or paid article marketing submission tools.

You write a great article, use all the best keywords, and all the search engine optimization strategies you know, and you also create a compelling bio. When you have done that, you paste your article into the article marketing submission software, and hit the Submit button.

Now you relax, and wait for all the traffic that your new article will bring to your web site. Only if things were so easy! Maybe you had success submitting your articles that way a few years back, but not today.

Just like with everything else in life, the internet has changed rapidly, so article marketing is not as effective as it used to be some years ago.

The Problem:

What happens, is that you now submit the same version of your article to every article directory, which means you are spreading duplicate content all over the net. Most of the major search engines now filter out duplicate content, so even though your article is now on hundreds of article sites, now it may only count as one single inbound link to your website.

The Solution:

To keep submitting your articles to the article directories, but only unique versions of each article, because you want each and every article to produce a unique link to your site. By submitting unique articles once a week, or more frequently, you can have hundreds or thousands of inbound links to your website within a few months!

Do you want to find out how I easily submit unique versions of all my articles to hundreds of article directories?
